The Glory Days Way

Confidentiality:

As a Registered Professional Counselor, I uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in

all interactions. I ensure that each client’s personal information, shared experiences, and struggles remain private, creating a safe space for them to be open and honest without fear of judgment or disclosure (see FAQ). This commitment to confidentiality builds trust and allows my clients to explore their challenges freely.

Respect

I emphasize a human-first approach, recognizing clients as whole individuals, not just a set of challenges. By tailoring my approach to each client's unique needs, I honor their personal experiences and worldview. I co-create an environment where their feelings, perspectives, and boundaries are always respected in a non judgemental environment. This allows my clients to feel valued and heard.

Autonomy:

In my work as a Professional Coach and a trauma-informed care provider, I empower my clients to take control of their healing journey. I guide my clients to discover their own strengths and solutions, supporting them in making informed decisions about their wellness. I tailor my approach based on their goals, respecting their capacity to direct their own growth and healing. This sense of autonomy helps clients build confidence in their ability to navigate life’s challenges and fosters long-term empowerment. Clients have the right to make their own choices and decisions throughout the counselling process.

Empathy:

My heart-centered care is rooted in deep empathy, drawing from both my professional expertise and my own personal experience. I show up with compassion for the struggles my clients may be facing. I actively listen to their experiences with an open heart. When clients feel that their counselor genuinely "gets" them, it fosters emotional safety and trust, making it easier for clients to open up and explore their challenges.
